Rochester Farm Explorers is a fun, agricultural learning experience for elementary-aged students (and their grown-ups) from the Rochester area!
Based at Liberty Hill Farm in Rochester, Explorers engage in hands-on farm activities to gain a better understanding of the role that agriculture plays in their own lives and in their community.
We collaborate with other local farms to provide Explorers with the opportunity to learn about different types of local
agricultural! We have learned about different wildlife habitats, pollinators, vegetable gardening, composting, sheep, rabbits, poultry, and cows!
Farms that have teamed up with Farm Explorers include:
- North Hollow Stables
- Long Vista Beef Farm
- Kismet Farm
- Sunshine Valley Berry Farm
- North Hollow Farm
